They cloned a dog today
Somewhere in South Korea
And now that dog is on display
Wailing for everyone to hear
If I had my way
I’d whisper that doggie’s ear
And after what I had to say
That little dog would dry his tears
I’d say — We are the clones
Though you cannot tell to look
We’ve learned everything we’ve known
From the same TV, movies and books
And we will always be alone
Till we find out why we’re here
And that will come from God
Not some dude in South Korea
Cuz home is in the heart
Not in some Petri dish
Though even Jesus got his start
When he cloned them breakfast fish
